Antiwarblog.info is dedicated to the cause of increasing awareness against the imperialistic and interventionalist forces, specially the ones that have Muslim countries as their prime target.

Nearly 100 years of Western occupations and interventions have lead to destruction of millions of Muslim lives and even more livelihoods. Tyrannical and incompetent regimes are regularly installed in Muslim countries as a direct result of Western manipulation. These tyrannical regimes have been disrupting the evolution of responsible governance in Muslim countreis; worsening the problems of poverty, lawlessness, violence, corruption and finally the all consuming evil of terrorism.

As long as these stooges (regimes and persons) cooperate with the West they are called “allies�, but when they turn against their Western masters, they are quickly and conveniently labelled as “Islamic Terrorists�, “Terror Supporters�, “Enemies of Freedom�, “Enemies of Civilization� and what not. Once demonized, these ex-allies are then subjected to sanctions, attacks and invasions. As a result, innocent people suffer mostly Muslims and the reputation of Islam is also tarnished.

Western occupations and interventions have almost nothing to do with democracy or freedom in most cases. Most occupations and interventions are due to a combination of factors like cultural hubris, aggressive ideologies, religious convictions, war relishing, economic and trade related objectives. Democracy or freedom are explanations that are generally used to win public support.

We will try to present material in this forum primarily from Western sources that will elaborate the above mentioned concerns. We are definitely NOT a hate site. We reject all forms of terrorism including state terrorism. We take pride in being objective, critical and focused on a few particular aspects of the global antiwar movement.
